OFFICIAL RULES

                                            Montlick High 5 Sports GIVEAWAY

This contest (“Contest”) is being sponsored by and administered by WAGA-TV, Montlick & Associates, P.C. and The Safe America Foundation (collectively, “Sponsors").  Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsors, which shall be final, binding and conclusive on all matters.

WHO CAN ENTER

1. Contest is open only to legal Georgia residents 16 years of age or older. This Contest is void where prohibited.  Persons in any of the following categories are NOT eligible to submit an entry:  (a) persons who are younger than 16 years of age at the time of entry submission and (b) persons who do not legally reside primarily in Georgia.
2. Eligible high schools must be located within the fifty-two counties of the FOX 5 viewing area: Banks, Barrow, Bartow, Butts Carroll, Chattooga, Cherokee, Clarke, Clayton, Cobb, Coweta, Dawson, Dekalb, Douglas, Fannin, Fayette, Floyd, Forsyth, Fulton, Gilmer, Gordon, Greene, Gwinnett, Habersham, Hall, Haralson, Heard, Henry, Jackson, Jasper, Lamar, Lumpkin, Madison, Meriwether, Morgan, Newton, Oconee, Oglethorpe, Paulding, Pickens, Pike, Polk, Putnam, Rabun, Rockdale, Spalding, Towns, Troup, Union, Upson, Walton, and White.

CONDITIONSTO ENTER

1. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.  Only one entry per person.  The Contest begins at 12:01 AM local time September 5, 2013 and all entries must be received by 11:59 PM local time on November 15, 2013.
2. To enter, visit www.myfoxatlanta.com or high5sports.com and enter for a chance to win by clicking the contest button at the top of the screen, then clicking the “Montlick High 5 Sports Giveaway” button.  Register by providing your name, email address, city, state, phone number, birth date, and the full name of the high school the entrant is supporting..To complete entry, check the box indicating that you have read the contest rules and click submit.  Check the box that you take the pledge to not text & drive on www.myfoxatlanta.com or www.high5sports.com.
3. Sponsors are not responsible for error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware, or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry, winner(s) or other Contest information by Sponsors or entrants for any reason whatsoever.  Sponsors are also not responsible for any injury or damage to any entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any materials in the giveaway or for entries that are late, misdirected or incomplete.  All entry materials may be maintained as part of WAGA’s giveaway records.  CAUTION:  ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO use robotic, automatic, programmed or like entry methods is prohibited .  ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATIONS OF THE GIVEAWAY IS A VIOLATION OF THE CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSORS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.  Sponsors reserve the right to cancel or modify the Contest if it becomes technically or otherwise corrupted. 
4. The high school with the most people registered to take the pledge by the end of the entry period will be the winner (the "Winning High School").  The Winning High School will be announced on Good Day Atlanta November 21, 2013.  In the event of a tie, WAGA-TV will select the winner by random drawing from among those tied. 

THE PRIZES

1. The Winning High School will receive one $5,000 scholarship/donation. Prize provided by Montlick & Associates.
2. The Winning High School will also receive a complimentary Safe Teen Driving Assembly.  (ARV: $750)  This interactive one hour in-school assembly is conducted by Safe America driving experts and local law enforcement, and will educate students on the most dangerous behaviors of teen drivers and how to avoid them.  Each registrant will also receive an email with a $75 Discount to register for the Safe America Full Driver Education Course (30 hours of classroom and 6 hours of behind-the-wheel training).  Coupon expires August 1, 2014 and may not be combined with any other offer.
3. The Winning High School will be notified on or about November 21, 2013 and will be required to complete, sign and return a Certification of Eligibility and Release and claim the prize in a manner determined by Sponsors in its sole discretion by 4:30 PM on November 27, 2013.  If the Winning High School cannot be reached, or does not return the signed and completed Certification of Eligibility and Release and claim the prize within the designated time period, the prize will be awarded to the Winning High School that complies with this Section 3 and has the next highest number of entrants registered during the entry period.
4. Prizes cannot be substituted for any other items by the Winning High School.  The Winning High School cannot assign or transfer prizes.  Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize of like or greater value, for any prize, for any reason.
5. Winning High School is responsible for all local, county, state, and federal taxes on prizes based on the value of the prizes set forth in these rules.

ODDS OF WINNING:  MISCELLANEOUS

1. Odds of winning the prize depend on the number of entries received.
2. Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes permission to use Winning High School’s name, marks, and photograph for broadcast, online posting, and/or in any other media, including for advertising and publicity purposes, without additional compensation.
3. These Contest rules are available at www.myfoxatlanta.com & www.high5sports.com , and Monday through Friday during normal business hours at WAGA FOX 5, 1551 Briarcliff Road NE, Atlanta, Georgia 30306 through November 15, 2013.
4. By entering, participants represent that they are eligible, and agree (a) to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the judges, (b) to release, 21st Century FOX, Fox television stations, Inc., New World Communications of Atlanta, Inc., Sponsors, Montlick & Associates, P.C., The Safe America Foundation and their parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by any prize or arising out of participation in this Contest or from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, and (c) to Sponsors’ use of entrants’ personal information as described in the Privacy Policy located at www.myfoxatlanta.com.
5. Any legal action arising out of or in connection with this Contest shall be brought in the State or Federal Courts located in Fulton County, Georgia and shall be governed by Georgia law.
